1. Filtration speed is a key factor in selecting a dust filter bag. It should be determined according to the nature of the dust or dust, the application, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, water content, dust concentration and other factors. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, the concentration is high, and the viscosity is high, the low value should be selected. Such as ≤1m / min; on the other hand, a higher value can be selected, which usually does not exceed 1.5m / min. For dust with large particle size, normal temperature, drilling, non-stick, and extremely low concentration, select 1.5 ~ 2m / min. When selecting the filtering speed, the net filtering wind speed when the filtering area of the first chamber is reduced (during dust removal) should not exceed the above value.
2. The filter material of the dust collector accessory should be considered according to the unevenness, such as the temperature of the dust-containing gas, water content, acidity and alkalinity, dust viscosity, concentration, grinding and pecking. Generally, when the water content is small and there is no acid, it is selected according to the temperature of the dust-containing gas. At room temperature or ≤130 ¡ã c, polyester needle punched felts of 500 ~ 550 g / m2 are usually used. At 250 ℃, aramid Nomex needle felt or 800 g / m2 glass fiber needle felt or 800 g / m2 weft double-layer glass fiber fabric or [FMS] high temperature filter material (glass fiber filter material cannot For fluorine-containing gas).
When the water content is large and the dust concentration is large, a waterproof and oil-proof filter material (or anti-condensation filter material) or a membrane filter material (the base cloth should be needle-punched felt with waterproof treatment) should be selected. When the dust-containing gas contains acids and alkalis, and the gas temperature is ≤190 ¡ã C, PPS (Ryton polyphenylene sulfide) needle felt is often used.
When the gas temperature is less than or equal to 240 ¡ã C and the requirements for acid and alkali resistance are not high, P84 (polyimide) needle felt is used. When the dust-containing gas is flammable and explosive gas, use antistatic polyester needle felt; when the dust-containing gas has certain moisture and is flammable and explosive gas, choose waterproof, oil-proof, anti-static (three-proof) polymer Ester needle felt.
Different types of filter materials should be selected for different working conditions. E.g:
1.Asphalt mixing station:
In the absence of equipment failure, we generally use aramid filter materials, or we can choose to mix special materials. If the dust removal effect of the equipment is not good, we can choose the calendered aramid filter. For example, the oil atomization of the combustion medium of the equipment is not good, and the dust contains incompletely combusted oil mist, which makes the dust highly viscous and easy to produce paste bags. We can choose aramid fiber filter material and add water and oil repellent post-treatment.
2. Pulverized coal grinding station
Under normal circumstances, polyester antistatic coatings can be used in pulverized coal grinding stations because of their high dust concentration, fine particles, and good explosive properties.
3. Calcined rotary kiln has moderate dust concentration and high humidity. When encountering cold air or condensed water, the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas may condense into sulfurous acid, which will cause the filter bag to corrode. Therefore, glass fiber composite needle felt filter materials can be selected, and different glass fiber composite filter materials can be selected according to the temperature of the flue gas entering the dust collector.
